This page explains how long we retain personal data and what happens after you stop using Cluck Drop: Casual Games.

Account and Gameplay Data

Account-related data, support identifiers, and gameplay progress are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service. If deletion is requested, personal data is erased within 30 days where applicable, except where retention is required by law or security obligations.

Transaction Records

Records of in-app purchases and virtual item transactions may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and financial compliance purposes.

Usage and Analytics Data

Aggregated or anonymized usage data may be retained for product improvement. This data is not intended to identify individual users.

Advertising Data

Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data are retained only as long as needed for advertising measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.

Support Communications

Support messages may be retained so we can follow up, resolve disputes, maintain safety, and improve support quality.
