To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the Game or on the app store listing. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
